Tammy Hobson

Tammy Hobson is a facilitator, leadership coach, and consultant who founded Collective Learning and Leading. Her mission is to help leaders and teams expand their capacity to learn, work, and innovate together using facilitative leadership techniques. Prior to going out on her own, Tammy worked in a large school district for 20 years in a variety of roles including teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, and two district leadership positions: coordinator of strategic planning, leadership and innovation, as well as director of curriculum development and support.
