Susan Ryan

I am a former high school language arts teacher who has been working in education research since 2005. I have extensive experience reviewing and revising state content standards, including work with the Common Core. I have contributed to a wide variety of research and development projects, including those targeting American Indian students and students for whom English is a second language. I have worked with a variety of organzations to make meaningful connections between career technical education programs and English language arts academics. My passion is to help bring research-based tools into the classroom in order to support teachers who are making a difference in the lives of their students. I am also full time mom to 2 kids currently in elementary school.
