Shannon McGrath

Shannon McGrath is a K–8 instructional coach striving to leave her collaborators with a sense of self-sufficiency, optimism, and re-connection to their core values. She has a master’s in both Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction. Her 20+ years in education have included time spent as an instructional coach, fifth grade teacher, middle school math teacher, K–5 math specialist, and as a researcher and field instructor at the University of Michigan.
