Judi Anderson

Associate Director of Children Discovering Their World

Judi Anderson is a seasoned early childhood professional who is currently the associate director of Children Discovering Their World, a series of early childhood curricula developed by the Center for Early Childhood Education and Intervention at the University of Maryland (UMD). Prior to this role, she was an internship supervisor and course instructor for the Early Childhood/Early Childhood Special Education program at UMD, where she managed field placements and evaluated the quality of student interns’ instruction and professionalism. Previous to her roles at UMD, she was the professional development director for an edtech company, where she oversaw the quality of the content and delivery of professional development for early learning programs. Judi earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Temple University, and her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education at Chestnut Hill College.
