Dr. Joanie Brillant is an adjunct professor at Schreiner University and an emergent bilingual specialist in San Antonio, Texas. She is a passionate educator with more than 20 years of experience. Joanie always strives to make a positive impact in the school community by building relationships with students, colleagues, and family members.
