Courtney Tate
Educational Consultant, Instructional Coach
With over 16 years of experience as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and educational consultant, Courtney Tate has served as a leader in school improvement and teacher development. She is currently a doctoral student in Clemson University’s teaching and learning program. Courtney earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Winston-Salem State University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Gardner-Webb University. Her research interests focus on instructional coaching, professional development, teacher retention, and motivation strategies to support and sustain educators in their roles.
