Christopher Weber
Outdoor Learning Teacher
I am currently the outdoor learning teacher (think head gardener plus science specialist) at a small Montessori school on Chicago’s South Side. I run a school-based compost program that diverts 3,000 gallons a year from landfills, with most of that coming from students’ families and houses neighboring the school. A former freelancer, I’ve written for Modern Farmer, Christian Science Monitor, Civil Eats, and many other publications.
