Alison Beattie

Alison Beattie taught 10th grade U.S. History for eight years in a Title I district in Massachusetts. She served as a team leader, history department chair, mentor, and instructional coach for new teachers. Alison also taught graduate-level courses on pedagogy and backward design at Mount Holyoke College’s School of Professional and Graduate Education. She is currently developing an instructional coaching platform to support new teachers in their first years in the classroom.
